Each listing shows how the rental partner fulfils it: delivery and collection where available, or pickup from the provider. The address, fee and available slots are confirmed before payment.

Partner delivery

Delivered by the listing provider

  • Enter your postcode or town to confirm the delivery zone
  • Choose a morning or afternoon slot
  • Add access notes — stairs, parking, gate codes, rural access
  • The provider or approved transport partner collects it when you're done
Provider collection

Collect from the equipment owner

  • Pick up from the provider location shown during confirmation
  • Choose a pickup time slot
  • Bring your ID and booking reference
  • We'll advise if you need a van or trailer for larger machines

Zones

At launch, coverage comes from approved rental partners and their service radii. EquipCerto-managed logistics and owned stock can be added later without changing the customer booking flow. These are placeholder areas:

Larger machines

Excavators, scissor lifts and large generators are normally delivered by the rental partner or an approved transport operator. Site access is checked through a quote request.
